Jacuzzis

The Fascinating Tale of Jacuzzi
Jacuzzi: the brand name that has revolutionized the way the world thinks about the spa experience.

For a century, the Jacuzzi family name has been creating and recreating products to help improve your quality of life. In the 1900’s, as a septet of creative Italian brothers intent on designing products like the first monoplane, turned a small pump into a family fortune and a world renowned company.

As the story goes, the brothers wanted to help family members with arthritis problems, so they designed a portable "hydrotherapy pump" – a pump that increased water pressure from small jets to give a massage. The product was an instant hit and it was bought by hospitals and geriatric clinics across the United States for patient care.

In the 1960’s the business was passed on to Roy Jacuzzi who redefined the company’s boundaries, marketing and selling the first Jacuzzi tub for home and personal use - the jet system invented by his father and uncles provided the basis this project.

Today, everyone knows the name Jacuzzi. Jacuzzi is even used interchangeably with the words "hot tub" and "spa" – an earmark of entrepreneurial success.

What Is A Jacuzzi?
There is a difference, however, between the Jacuzzi tub and the hot tub: the hot tub is made mainly for the release of muscle tension by soaking, while the spa takes this practice one step further and has jets that offer a massage to the muscles.

For one of the most relaxing experiences, look no further than the Jacuzzi tub. Jacuzzi tubs come in a wide variety of shapes, sizes and styles – some with advanced and specific jet systems for maximum comfort, others come with built in televisions for maximum luxury. Whatever your choice may be the Jacuzzi tub is second to none.

All Jacuzzis are built "around the jet system", they are not designed "body first". This "function before affection" mentality ensures that each Jacuzzi is built to be effective and they are built to last.

Today, Jacuzzi brand products range from showers and toilets to sinks and basins. So get out and explore what Jacuzzi has to offer – from Jacuzzi tubs to Jacuzzi sinks, the name Jacuzzi ensures professional quality and service.
